Satellite printing unit, color satellite printing unit, 3-color satellite printing unit, Sharpline 3-colour satellite printing unit provides option to add colours with the existing unit capacity. These satellite printing units, color satellite printing unit, 3-color satellite printing unit provide extra multi color facility with no loss of page capacity. Dynamically balanced solid blanket & plate cylinders offer good printing quality. The unit has variable speed motorized dampening provision for printing 3 colours on one side of the web, 2 colours on outside of the web and 1 colour inside of the web and 1 colour on outside and 2 colours inside of the web. Optional features such as Pneumatic On/Off, Brushmist dampening system, Centralsed grease lubrication for operating side bearings and clutch on either side of 3 colour satellite unit can be provided as per requirement. Standard Features
  • Colour Unit comprises three printing couples, surrounding a common impression cylinder which facilitates three colour printing.
  • High quality of 4-colour printing on one side of the web and one colour on the other can be printed when a stacked blanket to blanket unit is mounted on this colour unit.
  • Ease of operation and super printing quality are special reasons for its having an edge over the other machines.

Inking & Dampening Systems

 Sharpline
Inking & dampening systems are primary to maintain print quality. The inking system includes large form rollers of varying diameters that assures uniform distributions and smooth ink flow to the form rollers. At the same time the constinuous dampening system maintains a constant water level and allows continual mixing of the solution / substrates, without the need of time-to-time cleaning of the roller. Both the inking and dampening systems have step less control, making it easy to achieve the right balance quickly. Easier to operate the system offers better copy quality and print uniformity.

Standard Features
  1. Short vertical web lead.
  2. Ultra narrow gap (1/16") in plate cylinder with optional register pins.
  3. No complicated plate clamping & plate removing system.
  4. All web lead in rollers are hard chrome plated and ground.
  5. T-bar blanket lock-up for easy and secure mounting of blankets.
  6. Precision hardened & ground gear through-out to maintain register & smooth speed.
  7. Blanket and plate cylinders are dynamically balanced and mounted on dust proof "TIMKEN" tapered roller bearings for vibration-free performance.
  8. Side frames are of solid and stress relieved casting. Reel Stand is available separately.
  9. Running circumferential register and side lay register adjustment.
